Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zaprep you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zaprep provides automated social media DM and comment reply tools for Instagram Business and Creator accounts. The service is provided “as is” and requires a valid Meta Business account and an active subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for all activity under your Zaprep account.

You agree not to:

• Use Zaprep to send spam, misleading messages, or harass other users.
• Violate Meta’s Platform Terms or Community Standards.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicence the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Use automation to impersonate a person or entity deceptively.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Zaprep complies with Meta’s Platform Terms, Messaging Policies, and any applicable laws. Zaprep is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Zaprep and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of content you create, including automation rules and collected contacts.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, SPECIFIC ENGAGEMENT RESULTS, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE PLATFORM API CHANGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAPREP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
